Article 1 Objectives
Leos Jiu Jitsu Academy's goal is to train the mind, technique, and body through martial arts.

Leos consists of instructors, adult members (junior high school students and older) and kids members (elementary school students and younger).

Article 4 Admission/Suspension/Withdrawal/Graduation
The qualifications for becoming a member of LEOS are: 1) You must agree to these terms and conditions; 2) You must not have any infectious disease or other disease that could be transmitted to others; and 3) You must not be an anti-social force such as an organized crime group. Article 5 Membership fees etc.
Members shall pay the membership fee for each membership plan at the date and time determined by the Management Company in the prescribed manner. Membership fees are as follows. Enrollment fee = basically one month's membership fee Regular monthly membership fee = 10,000 yen Kids' monthly membership fee = 8,000 yen Private lesson 1 hour = 10,000 yen (member discount available) Sports insurance desired = 2000 yen (half price for junior high school students and younger) Purchasing equipment desired = Varies depending on the equipment Family dojo member's one-time practice = 2,000 yen Visitor's one-time practice = 3,000 yen One hour of dojo rental space = 5,000 yen *Kids may be eligible for family member discounts, such as half-price monthly membership fees. **If you wish to change your membership fee plan, please be sure to notify the representative or instructor by the 10th of the month prior to the month in which you wish to change your plan. Article 7 Obi Certification
Basically, it follows the regulations of the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation. Certification from Shinji Morito (or Yoshihiro Fujita for black belts) is required.

Article 8 Precautions when using the dojo
Always keep your jiu-jitsu gi and belt clean. Make sure your feet are clean before stepping onto the mat.
Absolutely do not perform dangerous actions such as violent throwing or jumping techniques during sparring.
Article 9 Accidents, Injuries, etc.
All parties involved will not be held responsible for any damages such as accidents, injuries, or death during Leos activities. However, we will pursue liability in the event of violation of Leos terms.

Article 11 Prohibitions
Not following the rules. Failure to follow instructor's instructions or rules. Immoral behavior. Violent language, intimidation, or slander against instructors or other members. Bringing trash or dangerous items into the dojo. Dangerous acts that may cause injury to other members. Other acts that disrupt the order of Leos. Members who engage in any of the above prohibited activities may be prohibited or restricted from using Leos.
Supplementary Provisions This agreement will come into effect from December 1, 2020.
